Psychotherapy: Virtual or in-person talk therapy to address ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. We have a couples therapist who works with anyone feeling like their relationship may be “broken” to find ways back to connection.
Craniosacral Therapy: Gentle, hands-on techniques to relieve tension and promote healing and nervous system regulation (great for healing trauma too!)
Reiki: Energy healing to restore balance, reduce stress, and gain a sense of grounding. For our spiritually inclined clients, add an intuitive approach to your reiki sessions.
Yoga & Meditation: Grounding practices to connect mind and body. This is one of our top recommendations for our clients experiencing anxiety-related symptoms.
Workshops: Engaging group sessions for adults and teens designed to explore tools and techniques for managing ADHD, anxiety, and depression while fostering community support.
