Do you accept insurance?

We are an out-of-network provider, which allows us to offer personalized, high-quality care without the limitations that often come with insurance (such as session caps, mandatory diagnoses, or restricted treatment approaches). While we donโ€™t bill insurance directly, many clients receive partial reimbursement by submitting the โ€œsuperbillsโ€ we provide. Weโ€™re happy to guide you through that process if youโ€™d like to use your out-of-network benefits.

How do superbills work?

A superbill is a detailed receipt that includes everything your insurance company needs to process out-of-network claims (diagnosis code, dates of service, fee, etc.). After you pay for your session, weโ€™ll generate a superbill you can download and submit directly to your insurance provider. If you have out-of-network benefits, your insurance company may reimburse you a percentage of the session cost โ€” typically by mailing you a check. Weโ€™re happy to help walk you through the process if itโ€™s new to you!

Can I schedule a consultation before making an appointment?

Yes โ€” we offer free 15-minute phone or video consultations so you can ask questions, share what you're looking for, and get a feel for whether our services are a good fit before committing to a session.

What is the cost?

Our session fees range from $65โ€“$200 depending on the clinician and service type. Sliding-scale spots are occasionally available. Weโ€™ll discuss fees openly during your consultation so you have a clear understanding of investment and options before beginning.
