Therapy that feels real, supportive, and actually helpful — not clinical, stiff, or awkward.
If you (or your teen) are tired of therapy that feels stiff, judgmental, or disconnected from real life, you’re in the right place.

Sam works with teens and young adults who aren’t just “struggling” — they’re trying to survive high-pressure school environments, complicated relationships, executive functioning chaos, self-esteem spirals, and the emotional weight of being a young person today. She believes that people heal when they feel seen, understood, and safe to show up exactly as they are. In sessions, Sam brings a calm, warm, and grounding presence.

Her approach is collaborative and conversational — never lecturing or performatively “therapist-y.” She helps clients slowdown, explore what’s beneath the surface, understand their emotions and patterns more deeply, and reconnect with their own mind-body cues. Her hope is that clients leave therapy feeling more grounded, more self-aware, and more connected to themselves — with practical tools and a deeper sense of peace and confidence.
